V&C Associates are excited to be working with one of the UK's fastest-growing PropTech organisations, specializing in helping organisations reclaim overpaid business rates.
Due to growth, they are recruiting for a Senior Outbound Sales Specialist to drive and convert warm leads into sales quickly from initial contact. The role reports directly to the Sales Director.
Our client seeks a hungry, sales-driven sales specialist with experience in telephone sales and engaging prospective clients.
The company offers a competitive basic salary with a realistic OTE of £85,000 plus.
Responsibilities
- Utilize your extensive sales expertise and background in process consulting or enterprise software to drive revenue within the assigned territory.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our transformative solutions, focusing on Business Process Analysis (BPA), Process Mining, and Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) tools.
- Identify and engage potential clients within the territory, showcasing the value proposition and addressing their specific business challenges.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business process management, risk & compliance management, and enterprise architecture needs.
- Stay informed about industry trends, tools, and methods related to business process analysis & modelling, process mining, internal control & audit to support negotiations.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to pipeline development, opportunity management, and closing deals.
- Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities to leadership.
- Devise business plans, marketing strategies, and initiatives to enable channel sales partners.
- Forecast bookings revenue weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually.
- Develop KPIs to hold partners accountable and review performance routines.
- Drive customer references, case studies, and referrals.
Skills & Experience
- At least 6+ years experience in Account Management, preferably within a technology or SaaS environment.
- Tenacious in cold calling and nurturing warm leads.
- Entrepreneurial, solutions-focused, with a client-centric approach.
- Keen interest in identifying client problems and providing smart solutions.
- Experience with enterprise-sized SaaS clients as a Key Account or Reseller Manager.
- Highly organized and analytical, reviewing data to focus efforts effectively.
- A background in business administration, economics, information systems, or related fields is preferred.
- Experience as a “New Business Hunter” in a related industry.
