OrderYOYO in Manchester City Centre is seeking a confident Telesales Executive to join our fast-growing team. You will acquire new restaurant partners across the UK, welcoming them into our community and supporting them with our branded Website and App.

This role is hands-on, targets-driven and offers an uncapped bonus in addition to a base salary of £27,000. Training, energetic culture, and opportunities for progression are provided within a casual, social office environment.

Qualifikationen

• Confident and highly motivated individual with great phone manner.
• Previous telesales experience would be an advantage, with training provided.
• Ability to work both in a team and independently.
• Goal-oriented with a drive to achieve bonuses.

Aufgaben

• Acquire new customers through proactive outbound calls to restaurants across the UK.
• Build relationships with new and existing partners.
• Generate leads and book appointments for field-based managers.
• Help existing clients grow their online presence and revenue through account management.
• Work towards targets and KPIs to achieve success and bonus.
• Upsell marketing packages to increase revenue for RP customers.
• Collaborate with field-based managers to grow and look after existing accounts.
• Bring high energy to the team and maintain a friendly, competitive atmosphere.
