Job Description:
Are you a confident communicator who thrives on challenge, builds rapport easily over the phone, and isn’t afraid of rejection? TVision Technology is on the lookout for a Telesales Business Development Representative (BDE) to join our team.
As BDE you’ll be at the forefront of our sales efforts - building relationships, identifying needs, and connecting prospects to our industry-leading Microsoft solutions. This role is ideal for someone who is confident on the phone, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is ready to play a key part in growing our customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through cold calling, outbound campaigns, and lead follow-ups.
- Prospect Engagement: Build rapport and develop trusted relationships with potential clients, understanding their business needs and aligning them with our solutions.
- Sales Process Management: Own the early stages of the sales cycle - from first contact to booking initial meetings - ensuring a smooth handoff to the wider sales team.
- Product Knowledge: Stay informed on Microsoft and TVision’s product offerings, clearly articulating value and benefits to prospects.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and sales to share insights, refine messaging, and maximise opportunity conversion.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and timely data in the CRM system, flagging opportunities and raising requests as needed.
- Time Management: Prioritise and organise daily tasks to hit outreach targets efficiently.
- Trusted Advisor: Represent TVision as a credible, knowledgeable first point of contact, building the foundation for long-term client relationships.
What We’re Looking For:
- Sales Experience: 1+ years in telesales, lead generation, or business development, ideally in a B2B environment.
- Tenacity & Resilience: You’re comfortable with rejection, persistent with follow-ups, and able to make a high volume of calls each day.
- Communication Skills: Confident, articulate, friendly and persuasive on the phone and in writing.
- Self-Starter: Proactive and organised, with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to work independently.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with CRM tools.
- Team Player: Collaborative, flexible, and adaptable to change.
- Location: Must be based within a commutable distance of Woking, Surrey.
