PHS Compliance is hiring a Telesales Advisor in Warrington. The role focuses on developing relationships with existing customers while seeking new opportunities to win business. You will manage campaigns, meet targets, and ensure accurate CRM records and pricing.

A strong emphasis on compliance and customer service underpins daily activities. The position offers a basic salary of £24,811 with OTE of £35,000 in a full-time hybrid setup, Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• Outbound telesales experience is essential.
• Ability to organise and prioritise workload to meet KPI targets.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a proactive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Call existing business customers to identify needs and opportunities.
• Record accurate customer information and pricing in the CRM.
• Handle orders and contracts within SLAs and process purchase orders.
• Introduce products and services to new and existing customers to increase revenue.
• Maintain product/service knowledge to deliver excellent customer service.
