The role is focused entirely on outbound telephone calls to prospective and existing clients. Depending on the campaign, you will be contacting clients for one of two purposes:

• Membership Sales – speaking with prospective clients, introducing our membership offering, explaining its benefits and converting interest into new memberships.
• Client Engagement – reconnecting with existing clients, introducing upcoming sales and encouraging them to visit and participate.

This is a proactive, target-focused role suited to someone who is confident on the phone, enjoys speaking with people and can build rapport quickly. You will need to communicate naturally and persuasively while delivering a high standard of client experience.

As part of our zero-hours team, you will be offered shifts according to campaign requirements, making this a flexible opportunity for people with strong telephone, sales or client engagement experience.

• Basic computer skills to log call details and use necessary software tools.
• Team player with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
