Job summary

ARLETTIE LONDON is seeking confident Telephone Sales & Engagement Advisors to join our flexible, zero-hours phoning team. The role is focused on outbound calls to prospective and existing clients for membership sales and client engagement.

You will promote membership offerings, introduce upcoming sales, and build rapport while logging call details and collaborating to hit campaign goals. Telemarketing or sales experience is preferred.

• Proven experience in telemarketing, sales or customer service.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to potential clients according to provided call lists.
• Deliver scripted messages to promote products/services, generate interest and answer initial questions.
• Collect and record accurate and detailed information from each call, maintaining proper documentation.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve individual and campaign-based goals.
• Adhere to call scripts and guidelines to ensure consistency and quality interactions.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance communication and sales skills.
