Job summary

Arlettie in London is seeking a proactive retail ambassador to support its showroom events and the early days of each sale. You will help with weekly stock deliveries, merchandising, pricing, and tagging, then welcome customers and deliver an exceptional in-store experience.

Ideal candidates have at least one year in fast-paced retail or hospitality, strong organizational and communication skills, and a keen eye for detail to uphold brand standards in a luxury environment.

Responsibilities

• Event set-up responsibilities: Accepting and processing weekly stock delivery; Preparing the zoning, merchandising and product categorization; Preparing product pricing and tagging.
• Event sales responsibilities: Welcome and serve the customers, maintaining an excellent in-store experience; Develop client relations through an individual approach; Cross-sell and maximize sales to hit targets and KPIs; Stay up to date with brand and product knowledge; Handle complaints with guidance; Maintain high shop-floor standards; Contribute to security and theft prevention.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

As a member of the Arlettie Showroom team, you will work both the event set up on certain sales, and the first days of each sale.

Event set-up responsibilities:

• Accepting and processing weekly stock delivery
• Preparing the zoning, merchandising and product categorization
• Preparing product pricing and tagging

Event sales responsibilities:

• Welcome and serve the customers always proving an excellent in-store experience
• Maintain and develop client relations through an individual approach
• Be proactively engaged in cross selling and maximise sales opportunity to achieve sale targets and KPIs
• Ensure to be up to date with brand and product knowledge
• Deal eLectively with customer complaints by liaising with the line manager when necessary
• Ensure to maintain the shop floor and visual display high standard
• Contribute to ensure a high level of security and attentive to prevent product thefts

Profile required
