Job summary

CV Recruitment is seeking a Telephone Sales Advisor for its Heritage Coin division in Stoke-on-Trent. The role is temporary with a path to permanent, offering a competitive package.

You will call our existing client base, promote exclusive products, and work in a fast-paced city-centre office. The position includes a base salary of £24,784.50 with an uncapped £45,000 OTE and training to support targets.

Qualifications

• 1 year’s sales experience desirable.
• Outbound calling experience preferred.
• Experience using dialler software is desirable.
• Excellent communicator with strong listening skills.
• Motivated to hit targets and KPIs.
• Self-driven and able to work in a team.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, pressured environment.
• Proactive with ongoing product knowledge and selling techniques.

We are looking to recruit for our growing Heritage Coin division

The opportunity offers temporary leading to permanent roles with an excellent financial package

The role involves working in our exciting and fast-paced office environment, situated in the city centre

You will become one of our key team members in the development of our increasing customer profile

Key to your position will be calling our current and established client base, offering exclusive products in alignment with their recent purchases, increasing their coin collections

Driven, Self-motivated and sales enthusiast individuals will also be delivered excellent levels of training

Experience and Skills

• 1 year’s sales experience desired
• Outbound calling experience
• Experience in working from call dialler software, including predicted dialler (desirable)
• Excellent communicator and strong listening skills
• A desire and drive to achieve set targets and KPIs
• Self-motivated, proactive, with the ability to also work within a motivated team environment
• Can work in a fast paced and pressured environment
• Proactive behaviours with an open mind for achieving not only individual but also business targets
• Self-motivated and self-taught in continual product knowledge and selling techniques
• Provide excellent levels of customer service and customer profile rapport
• Working independently and proactively
• Excellent telephone etiquette

• 10:00 - 18:00 Monday to Thursday
• 09:00 - 17:00 Friday
• Every other Saturday 09:00 - 13:00
