Job summary

Microlise is seeking a Telematics Engineer to support customers in Peterborough and the surrounding area with installation, servicing and ongoing support of our telematics product portfolio.

The role requires a full UK driving licence and experience in auto electrics or telematics, with strong customer service and communication skills. A company vehicle and benefits package are included.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience in a similar role; auto electrics and/or telematics.
• Full UK Driving Licence is required.
• Experience of working to Service Level Agreements and Operational Schedules.
• Understanding of vehicle wiring diagrams and ability to interpret these.
• Strong customer service, communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Install and support Microlise product suite at customer sites.
• Timely visits to customer sites to install, service and support.
• Inventory management and vehicle/tool upkeep.
• Liaise with customers at all levels and provide peer support.
• Maintain concise, accurate administration and reports.
