Job summary

Microlise is looking for a Telematics Engineer to support our growing customer base in Worcester. You will ensure the integration of our products into customer assets and provide timely visits for installation, servicing, and support.

The ideal candidate will have experience with auto electrics/telematics, possess a full UK driving licence, and demonstrate strong customer service skills. Benefits include medical insurance, a company vehicle, training, and employee well-being programs.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience in a similar role; auto electrics and/or telematics.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Understanding of vehicle wiring diagrams.
• Valid Passport for travel.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Microlise product portfolio is fully integrated into customer assets.
• Timely visits to customer sites for installation and servicing.
• Complete survey visits and identify suitable solutions.
• Inventory management.
