Job summary

Microlise is seeking a Field Service & Installation Engineer for Peterborough and surrounding areas. You will install, service and support Microlise product portfolio at customer sites, ensuring timely visits and quality assurance.

The role requires auto electrics or telematics experience, a full UK driving licence, and strong customer service skills. You will work remotely on customer sites with a field-based rota and benefits including a company vehicle and tools.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar field service role, with telematics or auto electrics.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Experience delivering service levels and schedules.
• Ability to read vehicle wiring diagrams.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and follow processes.
• Willingness to travel with valid passport.

Responsibilities

• Install and service Microlise product portfolio at customer sites.
• Visit sites on a timely basis for installations and support.
• Complete site surveys and propose solutions.
• Perform QA on Microlise products and peripherals.
• Manage inventory and ensure vehicle/tools safety.
• Liaise with customers at all levels.
• Contribute to admin accuracy and internal processes.
