Job summary

Crown Lift Trucks Ltd. is seeking a Telemarketing Representative to join our team in the UK.

You will be the first point of contact for customers interested in Crown products, calling to discuss requirements and arranging follow-up conversations with a specialist Sales Rep. Responsibilities include following up leads, handling inbound calls and live chat, scheduling appointments for field sales reps, growing and maintaining the CRM, and conducting targeted outbound campaigns.

Qualifications

• Good telephone manner and clear communication.
• Strong administrative and data-entry capabilities.
• Comfortable using Word, Excel and Outlook for daily tasks.

Responsibilities

• Follow up leads and inbound inquiries primarily by phone.
• Schedule appointments for field sales reps and update CRM with customer information.
• Conduct outbound calls to introduce Crown products and capture opportunities.
• Maintain regular contact with customers and provide information to support inquiries.
• Use LinkedIn and other networks to identify potential leads and engage them.
