Job summary

Marmon Lift Recruitment is seeking a motivated Appointment Setter to join a well-established stairlift engineering company in Bradford. You will generate leads, contact prospective customers, and arrange appointments to support business development and sales growth.

The role focuses on outbound calls, identifying clients, following up leads, and maintaining CRM records. You will work closely with the sales team to maximise conversion opportunities and deliver a professional customer experience

Qualifications

• Experience in telesales, appointment setting, or customer service.
• Confident communicator with excellent telephone manner.
• Comfortable making outbound calls to prospective customers.
