Job summary

Fawkes & Reece Southern is currently seeking a Telehandler for a Burgess Hill site in England. You will be responsible for handling materials, loading/unloading, and ensuring loads are secure on a daily basis.

The ideal candidate will hold a valid CPCS blue card or NPORS CSCS ticket and have at least 2 years of Telehandler experience in a similar environment. A strong team ethic and the ability to work independently are important for success.

Qualifications

• Current and valid CPCS (blue) card or NPORS CSCS experienced driver ticket.
• Minimum of 2 years+ experience operating a Telehandler in the same environment.
• Strong work ethic in a team.
• Be approachable and happy to work as a point of contact when working in a standalone position.

Responsibilities

• Obtain copies of production schedule daily and transport materials to and from designated areas on site.
• Loading and unloading goods from vehicles such as trucks
• Moving goods packed on pallets or in crates.
• Checking loads are secure.
• Stacking empty pallets
• Performing daily equipment checks such as recharging the truck's battery and lubricating equipment.
• Removing machine attachments and waste material from machines

Salary: GBP19 - GBP21 per hour

Do currently work in Construction? Are you a Telehandler currently looking for work? Do you hold a valid CPCS/NPORS CSCS card? If the answers are yes, we have roles opening with a reputable Construction company in the Burgess Hillarea.

The role:
