Job summary

University College London Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Teledermatology Acquisition Administrator to provide administrative support for the USSC teledermatology service and to coordinate patient pathways. The role includes 2D clinical photography, consent, and auditing teledermatology data within a multidisciplinary team.

You will act as an ambassador for UCLH, delivering a high-quality service and a positive patient experience across dermatology outpatient clinics.

Qualifications

• Administrative support experience in a clinical setting.
• Experience with ophthalmology/dermatology photography or imaging beneficial.
• Good understanding of clinical terminology and patient pathways.

Responsibilities

• Establish administrative processes for USSC teledermatology service.
• Provide administrative triage for referrals and coordinate transfers as needed.
• Undertake 2D clinical photography for diagnosis, case records, treatment planning and education.
• Explain photography procedures and obtain patient consent.
• Maintain dermatology photography clinics and ensure patient safety during appointments.
• Collect and audit teledermatology data in a timely manner.
• Adhere to Trust policies and procedures.
