Job summary

Chelsea and Westminster Hospital NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Band 4 Dermatology Pathway Coordinator to provide specialist administrative and pathway support across Dermatology services.

You will coordinate Dermatology-specific patient pathways, liaising with the Teledermatology and Minor Operations teams and with systemic/biologic treatment pathways to ensure timely investigations, results, and actions.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Dermatology-specific patient pathways across two core teams (Teledermatology and Minor Operations)
• Support systemic and biologic treatment pathways in collaboration with clinical teams
• Act as a key point of contact for patients and clinical teams, resolving queries and monitoring actions
• Maintain accurate patient information and escalate delays or concerns within agreed timeframes
