Chelsea and Westminster Hospital NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Band 4 Patient Pathway Coordinator to support Dermatology pathways, including Teledermatology and biologics pathways, ensuring timely investigations, results and treatment-related actions.

You will liaise with clinical and nursing teams, manage inquiries, and maintain accurate patient information while contributing to a patient-centred Dermatology service in a busy NHS trust in London.

Formación

• Experience providing specialist administrative support in a medical setting.
• Ability to coordinate pathways and appointment scheduling.
• Excellent organisation and communication skills.
• Proactive in resolving queries and escalating delays when needed.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate Dermatology patient pathways across Teledermatology and Biologics programs.
• Support nursing and clinical teams with pathway actions and coding.
• Maintain accurate patient information and manage inquiries within agreed timeframes.
• Liaise with Patient Access and Scheduling teams to balance complex pathway needs.
