SP Energy Networks, part of the Iberdrola Group, is hiring a Telecoms Change Management Engineer to own the end-to-end change process, govern CAB, and drive continual improvement in ITIL-aligned practices. The role emphasizes risk assessment, stakeholder engagement, and data-driven governance using PowerBI.

The position is permanent and hybrid, with a strong focus on delivering changes with minimal disruption while maintaining service resilience.

Qualifications

• Experience operating or governing an end-to-end Change Management or ITIL Change Enablement process within a live operational environment.
• Strong understanding of ITIL principles, change governance, risk assessment, CAB management, emergency change processes, and post-implementation reviews.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end change process from submission to post-implementation review.
• Coordinate governance, risk assessment, and scheduling to minimise service disruption.
• Lead Change Advisory Board (CAB) governance and produce high-quality information for decisions.
• Develop governance controls, reporting frameworks, and performance measures for regulatory compliance.
