• Previous tele-sales or telephone-based sales experience is preferred.

• Comfortable using CRM systems and basic Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Make high-volume outbound calls to prospective customers.
• Follow up on inbound enquiries and warm leads.
• Present products and services clearly and confidently.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets.

• Handle objections professionally and confidently close sales.
• Deliver an excellent customer experience throughout the sales process.
• Keep accurate records of calls, leads and outcomes using the CRM system.
• Work closely with sales and customer service teams.
• Share ideas to improve sales scripts, processes and performance.
