Job summary

Nter Talent in the United Kingdom is seeking a Sales Team Lead/Manager to own and develop a growing sales team within a fast-paced tech connectivity business. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on coaching, performance, and building a strong sales culture, with occasional travel to Peterborough.

You’ll lead the full team, drive performance, run regular 1:1s and reviews, and collaborate with senior leadership on commercial priorities. Remote/hybrid setup available.

• Experience coaching and developing people.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the full sales team.
• Drive performance against targets and forecast.
• Run regular 1:1s, coaching sessions and reviews.
• Review pipeline, conversion, activity and forecast.
• Support the team on complex opportunities.
• Improve sales process, structure and consistency.
• Create accountability around targets and expectations.
• Support recruitment and onboarding as the team grows.
• Collaborate with senior leadership on commercial priorities.
• Shape how the wider sales function develops.
