Job summary

NearTech Search is partnering with a PE-backed, high-growth technology scale-up delivering secure, mission-critical SaaS into UK Defence. It's early enough that you'll help shape how the team and the platform grow, on work that carries real national significance.

This hands-on Technical Lead role focuses on leading software delivery and owning live service operations, with opportunities to build an in-house team and potentially broaden into senior leadership as the company scales.

Qualifications

• Eligible for UK Security Clearance to at least SC level.
• Experience with modern .NET and AWS cloud stack is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead offshore and in-house engineering teams to deliver enterprise-grade products.
• Own live production environment, deployments, patching, automation.
• Provide security-conscious guidance in regulated environments.
• Develop rapid prototypes to win and grow business.
