Job summary

Kraken is seeking a TechOps Generalist to join our global team. You’ll deliver 1st-3rd line IT support, own identity, devices, SaaS, networking, and office infrastructure, and drive security, reliability and automation initiatives.

You’ll work closely with Security, Engineering, and other teams across time zones, balancing reactive support with proactive improvements in a cloud-first environment. Experience in Windows/macOS, IAM, MDM, and scripting, plus strong communication, will help you

Qualifications

• Hands-on IT/TechOps experience in a systems-focused role.
• Strong troubleshooting across Windows and macOS.
• Experience with IAM, SSO, and cloud identity platforms.
• Comfort working in ambiguous, distributed, time-zone based environments.
