Job summary

Kraken is seeking a TechOps Team Lead to own the end-to-end TechOps function in a fast-paced environment. You will balance day-to-day operations with proactive project work, mentoring a growing team and driving reliability across identity, MDM, networking, and SaaS platforms.

You’ll partner with Security and global stakeholders to safeguard systems while enabling productivity. Travel to global sites may be required as Kraken scales its operations.

Qualifications

• Significant people leadership experience.
• Experience scaling teams and services over time.
• Strong service management, capacity planning and operational maturity.
• Managing support pipelines, projects, and assignments.
• Working with internal and external stakeholders and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Define what good looks like for a small, lean TechOps team.
• Own the day-to-day delivery of TechOps services and incident management.
• Lead end-to-end projects across multiple time zones.
• Mentor and line-manage TechOps team members and foster growth.
• Collaborate with Security to balance security, productivity and user experience.
• Coordinate complex projects across stakeholders and teams.
