Audley Travel is seeking a Technology Support Analyst to provide frontline 1st and 2nd line IT support across the business. You will troubleshoot devices, apps, cloud services, and core infrastructure while managing user access via Active Directory and Microsoft 365.

The role is based in London with flexible hybrid work options, requiring some evening rotation and occasional travel to our Boston office. Salary ranges from £28,000 to £31,000 per year.

Formación

• Experience providing 1st and 2nd line IT support in a fast-paced business.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills to resolve issues quickly.
• Experience supporting Microsoft technologies including Microsoft 365, modern desktop environments and AD.
• Experience building relationships and delivering excellent customer service at all levels.

• Deliver frontline technology support to colleagues across the business.
