Lloyd Recruitment Services Ltd is seeking a proactive 1st Line IT Support Technician for a hybrid role in the UK. You’ll handle first-line queries, troubleshoot hardware/software and support Microsoft 365 users.

Ideal candidates have 12+ months in 1st Line IT, a UK driving licence, and a willingness to learn. The position offers hybrid work, with one day per week from home after probation and clear progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• At least 12 months' experience in a 1st Line IT Support role.
• Experience in MSP or internal IT environment.

Responsibilities

• Providing 1st Line support via phone, email and ticketing systems.
• Troubleshooting hardware, software and networking issues.
• Supporting Microsoft 365 applications and services.
• Setting up laptops, desktops and mobile devices.
• Managing user accounts and permissions.
• Escalating complex issues to senior engineers when required.
• Maintaining ticket updates and documentation.
• Delivering an excellent customer experience at every interaction.
