Job summary

JLA Resourcing Ltd is seeking a Desktop Support Analyst to deliver 2nd line support for a growing user base in central Basingstoke. The role is hybrid—3 days in the office, 2 from home—requiring engagement with staff up to C-suite level to ensure high-quality support.

You will work within a hybrid multi-cloud environment, handling reactive support and contributing to service improvements and various projects. Travel to Basingstoke will be required 3 days per week.

Qualifications

• Experience in 1st/2nd line service desk environments.
• Ability to work in a hybrid office/remote setup.
• Customer-facing role with professional communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide 2nd line desktop support to ~200 users.
• Resolve incidents with a focus on first-time fix.
• Support hybrid multi-cloud infrastructure and local site issues.
• Participate in service improvements and project work.
• Travel to Basingstoke site 3 days per week.
