Job summary

Insight is seeking an Account Technology Specialist to join our EMEA Solutions Delivery & Partnerships organisation. You will act as a trusted technology advisor to senior client stakeholders, shaping technology direction and guiding AI-driven transformations to deliver measurable business value.

In this hybrid role, you will visit clients and work in the office three days a week, coordinating across sales, architecture, delivery, and partner ecosystems to drive growth and long-term customer

Qualifications

• Broad cross-domain knowledge across Cloud, AI, Data, Security and Modern Work.
• Proven experience in technology advisory or specialist overlay roles.
• Translate client operating models and market trends into tech-led outcomes.
• Experience shaping long-term roadmaps and account growth strategies.
• Executive stakeholder engagement with CIO/CTO/CDO/CISO audiences.
• Strong commercial and financial awareness linking investments to value.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills.

Responsibilities

• Influence customer technology strategy aligning priorities with transformation objectives.
• Build executive relationships with CIOs, CTOs, CDOs and CISOs.
• Lead advisory engagements translating challenges into roadmaps and initiatives.
• Own commercial decisions while aligning solutions to requirements and business value.
• Drive pipeline growth by converting engagements into opportunities.
• Develop compelling business cases and value propositions.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver outcomes.
• Shape account growth strategies for renewal and expansion.
• Ensure deployment, adoption and value realization over time.
• Maintain forecasting and disciplined execution.
