You will advise on technology assessments, business value cases and architecture programmes while guiding high-performing teams through large-scale transformations.

The role emphasizes delivering measurable business value through innovation, collaborative ecosystems, and thought leadership in a fast-paced consulting environment.

Qualifications

• 5 to 15 years of experience in strategy consulting, technology advisory or digital transformation.
• Background in Tier 1 to 3 strategy companies strongly preferred.
• Strong problem solving, analytical and communication skills.
• Passion for technology as a strategic growth driver.
• Ability to thrive in fast paced, high impact environments with C-suite exposure.
• Bachelor's degree; Master's degree, MBA or equivalent preferred, exposure to C-suite clients shaping digital agendas.

Responsibilities

• Advise executives on technology assessments, business value cases, technology business management and value optimisation.
• Lead and guide high performing teams to execute technology initiatives with precision and flexibility.
• Shape and deliver large scale technology enabled business transformations across industries or within sectors.
• Collaborate with global experts, leverage Accenture's innovation ecosystem and partner with leading technology companies for client success.
• Drive thought leadership and market insights on the future of technology strategy.
• Mentor and develop Africa's future technology leaders through deliberate coaching and engagement.
