Hunter Bond is seeking a delivery-focused recruitment professional to join our Technology desk in the UK. You will source and engage technology professionals, build strong networks and manage candidates through the end-to-end process, from outreach to offer.

The Technology Desk

You'll be working across a specialist technology market, recruiting for roles within areas such as:

• Software Engineering
• DevOps & Cloud
• Cybersecurity
• Data & AI
• Infrastructure
• IT & Technology Leadership

You’ll work with existing clients across financial services, fintech, hedge funds, trading firms and specialist technology businesses, giving you exposure to some genuinely interesting hiring projects.

What You'll Be Doing

This is a delivery-first role, so your focus is finding and engaging the right people.

You’ll:

• Source and headhunt high-quality technology professionals
• Build and maintain strong candidate networks
• Screen candidates and understand their technical experience
• Manage candidates throughout the recruitment process
• Prepare candidates for interviews and support them through to offer
• Work closely with consultants and account teams on live vacancies
• Develop your knowledge of the technology market and become a specialist in your area
• Build long-term relationships with candidates and become their go-to recruiter
