Redkiub in London seeks experienced Technology Recruitment Consultants to recruit across US, EU, Nordics, and UK divisions from their new office in London.

As a Senior/Principal recruiter, you may win new business, grow existing relationships, and deliver high-calibre technologists to clients. Expect uncapped commission, flexi-hours, and a hybrid work policy after probation.

Our client are on the lookout for several experienced Technology Recruitment Consultants to join them in their new offices in London to recruit across their US, EU, Nordics and UK divisions.

The Role:

Depending on your skillset and alignment, they have THREE diverse career pathways. As a Senior/Principal level recruiter in London, you may be responsible for winning new business, developing their existing business, and/or delivering high-calibre candidates to their existing clients across all of their key sectors.

Responsibilities may include:

• Networking, and developing new business relationships.
• Attending industry-specific events to network with candidates and clients.
• Candidate sourcing via industry-specific job boards.
• Candidate screening by phone, video, or in-person.
• Exceeding set activity-based targets on a daily, weekly basis, and working to sales targets set weekly, monthly, and quarterly. This ranges from call time, client meetings arranged, interviews arranged, to revenue generated.
• As a senior individual, your set objectives may change depending on team size, sector, and individual contribution.
