Job summary

Client Server Limited in London is seeking a Senior Recruiter (360) to source top-tier technologists for tech start-ups, software houses and financial organisations across the UK, with a focus on London markets.

You will open new desks, develop your own tech specialism or join an existing team, and enjoy Hybrid/Remote working depending on location and training. The role offers uncapped commission and strong earning potential alongside development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Recruiter/Recruitment Consultant in tech or similar sectors; 360 role preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to meet KPIs and manage client expectations.
• Strong time management and prioritisation skills.
• Client-focused with an ethical, consultative approach to recruitment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-calibre technologists to meet client needs in technology roles.
• Develop and nurture client relationships and grow your own portfolio.
• Own the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to placement with support from marketing teams.

We're looking for experienced 360 Senior Recruiters to source top-tier talent and develop client relationships at tech start-ups, software houses and financial organisations across the UK, with a focus on London markets.

You'll have the opportunity to open a new desk, developing your own tech specialism or join one of our existing teams.

What You'll Do as a Senior Recruiter:

• You'll deliver high-calibre technologists to meet client needs in technology roles
• You'll manage and develop client relationships and grow your own portfolio
• You'll take ownership of the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to placement (with support from advertising and marketing teams)
• You'll meet and exceed KPIs, contributing to the team's success with a focus on quality service

What We're Looking For:

• You have previous experience as a Recruiter / Recruitment Consultant (tech or similar sectors) in a 360 role
• You have a competitive and determined mindset
• You have strong time-management skills and ability to deliver against KPIs
• You're client focused with a consultative and ethical approach to recruitment
