Job summary

iPA Talent Group in London is seeking a Delivery Consultant for the US Technology team. You will focus on sourcing and managing candidates across Software Engineering, Data & AI, working with an established client base and live roles from day one.

You’ll engage candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and our CRM, handling interview management, offer negotiation and placement, with no required business development. Hybrid work and global opportunities await.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment delivery, including candidate sourcing and interview coordination.
• Knowledge of technology recruitment is a plus, but not required.
• Strong candidate relationship management and communication.

You’ll join an established team recruiting across Software Engineering, Data & AI, with an existing client base, live roles to work from day one and average fees of £30-40k+

The Opportunity

As a Delivery Consultant, you’ll join our US Technology team in London, supporting searches across Software Engineering, Data & AI.

This is a candidate-led role with no requirement for business development. You’ll take ownership of searches from initial sourcing and engagement through to interview management, offer negotiation and placement.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Source and engage high-calibre Technology professionals across the US market.
• Deliver across Software Engineering, Data & AI searches.
• Manage the candidate journey from initial approach through to offer and placement.
• Build long-term relationships with candidates and develop a strong network within your market.
• Work closely with the 360 consultants on the team to deliver against existing client requirements.
• Source talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, our CRM, referrals and proactive headhunting.
• Manage multiple searches while maintaining a high-quality candidate experience.

What You Bring

• Previous recruitment experience, ideally in a resourcing role
• Technology recruitment experience would be beneficial, but isn’t essential.
• Confidence sourcing and engaging passive candidates.
