Job summary

ASOS, the online fashion retailer, seeks an FP&A Manager for Technology to lead financial partnering with senior Technology and Procurement leaders. You’ll own the Technology budget, forecast and longer-term plan, driving savings, cost control and strong returns on technology investments.

You’ll translate complex financial information into concise insights for Technology, Finance and executive forums, and push for improved reporting via Power BI and automation.

Qualifications

• A qualified accountant or equivalent with strong FP&A experience.
• Experience partnering with senior stakeholders in Technology, Digital or Procurement.
• Commercial mindset with ability to influence decisions and challenge constructively.
• Proven ability to identify cost efficiencies and drive savings.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling capabilities.
• Excellent reporting and analytical skills translating data to insight.
• Experience with business cases and investment appraisal for tech projects.
• Experience managing operating and capital expenditure.

Responsibilities

• Lead Finance Business Partner for Technology with senior stakeholders.
• Own Technology budget, forecast and long-term financial plan.
• Identify savings opportunities across technology spend.
• Quantify and track savings and ensure delivery.
• Challenge new investments with clear cost-benefit analysis.
• Deliver insightful reporting of Technology performance (actuals, forecast, budget).
• Provide portfolio view of major investments and procurement programs.
• Improve financial control environment for Technology expenditure.
• Translate complex data into concise insight for leadership.
• Enhance reporting efficiency using Power BI and automation.
