Job summary

Aptia Group is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to join our Finance team in London, a hybrid role 3-4 days in the office. You will drive planning, forecasting, and financial insight for Technology and Transformation, partnering with senior leaders to influence strategic decisions.

You’ll build models, deliver performance reporting, and support business cases across significant programs, with a focus on cost management and value delivery.

Qualifications

• Professional accounting qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent).
• Strong FP&A, budgeting/forecasting and modelling experience.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support annual budget, quarterly forecasting and long-range planning for Technology and Transformation.
• Deliver monthly performance reporting with insights on trends, risks and opportunities.
• Build and maintain financial models for investments and business cases.
• Analyse spend to ensure cost control and financial discipline.
• Partner with technology leaders to interpret performance and inform decisions.
• Track spend against approved business cases and support month-end close.
• Develop dashboards to improve visibility of costs, performance and value delivery.
