ASOS is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead a major transformation programme, steering cross-functional teams through ERP-driven changes and AI-enabled workflows. You will own vision, strategy, and delivery across multiple business capabilities, partnering with Engineering, Data, Operations and Finance to achieve measurable outcomes.

• Proven experience leading complex transformation initiatives across business, platform or operations.
• Strong ability to simplify processes and translate challenges into scalable product capabilities.
• Comfortable operating across strategic and technical domains for varied audiences.
• Experience with ERP platforms and large-scale transformation programmes.
