East Midlands Councils/East Midlands Jobs seeks a diligent and flexible team member to support Technology Enabled Care within the Adult Care Commissioning Team. You will process referrals, order equipment using digital systems, and work with Mediquip Connect to ensure timely processing.

You will advise teams on equipment types and available support to those we serve. The role requires strong data analysis, organisational skills, and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on improving service

Responsibilities

• Process referrals from practitioners and order equipment on digital systems.
• Provide advice and guidance on equipment types and support available.
• Resolve issues related to delivery and operational needs of the TEC service.
