Job summary

East Midlands Councils/East Midlands Jobs seeks a diligent and flexible team member to support Technology Enabled Care within the Adult Care Commissioning Team. You will process referrals, order equipment using digital systems, and work with Mediquip Connect to ensure timely processing.

You will advise teams on equipment types and available support to those we serve. The role requires strong data analysis, organisational skills, and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on improving service

Job description

An exciting opportunity has arisen within Technology Enabled Care, as part of the Adult Care Commissioning Team, for a committed and flexible individual. Technology Enabled Care can support people to live more independent lives, and remain in their home environment for as long as possible. You will join a small, friendly team and play a pivotal role in supporting our TEC Service.

You will be responsible for processing referrals from our practitioners and ordering equipment on digital systems, working closely with Mediquip Connect to ensure these are processed promptly. You will also provide advice and guidance to our teams on types of available equipment and what support they can offer to the people we support. You will utilise the knowledge and skills gained to resolve issues in relation to the delivery and operational needs of the service.
