Role Mission

You will be responsible for managing a key program to deliver a market-leading regulatory intelligence product, ensuring that project goals are achieved on time, within budget, and to high standards.

Responsibilities
  1. Coordinate internal and external teams to deliver the program, aligning workstreams across engineering, product, operations, and content:
    • Develop and manage high-level plans, risks, and issues.
    • Ensure detailed delivery plans are in place and aligned.
    • Set and communicate delivery expectations.
    • Maintain regular communication and capacity management.
  2. Define and oversee program governance.
  3. Provide executive-level updates, highlighting status, risks, issues, and decisions.
  4. Manage budgets and delivery where third-party teams are involved.
  5. Handle daily operational aspects of the project scope.
  6. Track progress, report to stakeholders, and ensure milestones are met.
  7. Manage risks and issues proactively.
  8. Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.
What We’re Looking For
  1. Experience leading data-centric software engineering programs with 40+ engineers over 12+ months in a small company setting.
  2. Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle, agile methodologies, and project management principles.
  3. Quick learner capable of executing at high velocity.
  4. Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
  5. Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to change.
  6. Familiarity with PMP, PRINCE2, SAFE, and other methodologies as delivery tools.
  7. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical or business field.
