Job summary

Nalco Water seeks a Technical Sales Representative to drive revenue and profit growth in targeted accounts within the UK. You will use a consultative approach to understand business drivers, build relationships with existing customers, and promote Nalco Water technologies and services.

You will develop and execute sales plans, provide technical support, and collaborate with customers to deliver continuous improvement while advancing long-term partnerships with Nalco Water.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of technical or field sales experience.
• Bachelor's degree required; engineering or life sciences preferred.
• Valid Driver's License required; clean Motor Vehicle Record.
• Immigration sponsorship not available for this role.

Responsibilities

• Generate and execute sales plans in existing accounts to meet growth goals.
• Understand customer needs and recommend improvement and innovation plans.
• Develop relationships with key stakeholders including plant/facility executives.
• Provide technical support and resolve customer challenges as needed.
• Analyze systems, interpret data, and provide written recommendations.
• Promote Nalco Water innovations to build long-term relationships.
