Job summary

NCH Europe, part of the Solenis group, is seeking an Account Manager to support revenue growth and contract execution on a remote basis with 80% field-based work across the UK.

Join a busy sales support team and collaborate with senior managers, technical staff and the CRM system to grow your customer base and deliver first-class service. A full UK driving licence and English proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• Current full UK driving licence.
• Role is 80% field-based with 20% office/business support.
• Experience in account management in water treatment is preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Work with senior account managers to manage and grow your existing customer base.
• Develop a robust pipeline of opportunities within your sales region.
• Collaborate with Sales Manager through the cycle to completion and contract start date.
• Coordinate with technical staff to meet customer needs.
• Ensure first-class customer service is consistently delivered.
• Process orders using the company CRM and systems.
• Support development of innovations and improvement initiatives.
• Arrange and participate in internal and external customer debriefs.
