Job summary

Nalco Water, An Ecolab Company, is seeking a Technical Specialist to join a leading team delivering water treatment solutions for diverse industries. You will manage long-standing client relationships, drive service delivery, and develop technical projects on-site or remotely with a hands-on approach.

You will work in an autonomous environment, receive world-class training, and have opportunities for career growth within service, sales, or management tracks. A valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or technical field.
• Technical service or field sales support experience preferable.
• Valid Driver's License and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Provide contractual service and assist customers with problem solving.
• Provide on-site field service and/or 24-hour over-the-phone or on-site assistance.
• Conduct site surveys, product/application/system audits, and assist Sales to prepare new business proposals.
• Ensure implementation of the Six Service Standards at all client sites.
• Provide expert advice and assistance to internal staff and customers in specific areas of expertise.
• Follow Ecolab safety guidelines and incident reporting requirements.
