Hyperexponential is hiring a Staff Product Engineer to set technical direction and build the next version of our pricing models platform. This individual contributor role emphasizes influence across pods, defining standards, and owning critical interfaces where our problems intersect with other teams.

You’ll work hands-on where risk is highest and shape our AI-native engineering approach. You’ll collaborate across distributed teams in Warsaw and London, moving fast to define the technical

Qualifications

• Worked in an AI-native environment and used AI or agentic tools.
• Product-focused rather than purely technical; understands users and commercial outcomes.
• Set technical direction in ambiguous domains with no established playbooks; make clear calls.

Responsibilities

• Establish engineering standards documented and referenced in code reviews.
• Own shared enablers: model representation, persistence, registry, secure context access, agentic infra.
• Define interfaces between Model Authoring and other business parts; align dependencies across teams.
• Hands-on work on the highest-risk problems in the stream; not an advisory role.
• Shape AI-native workflows: what to hand to agents vs humans, and evidence needed.
• Mentor and raise the technical bar; influence across pods and teams.
