Job summary

Hyperexponential is seeking a Programme Manager to lead customer projects end-to-end for our AI-powered pricing and underwriting platform. You’ll own delivery from kickoff to live, building trust with insurers and coordinating with Model Development, Technology, and Customer Engineering.

You’ll refine delivery processes, create real-time progress views, and apply AI to automate updates and risk identification. This role offers growth as we scale delivery across projects.

Qualifications

• Delivery experience in SaaS or technology projects.
• Experience communicating with stakeholders across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong planning, risk/issue tracking, and stakeholder communication.
• Proactive in improving processes, tools, and ways of working.
• Curiosity about AI and new tools to improve delivery.
• Comfort working in ambiguous environments.

Responsibilities

• Own customer projects end-to-end, manage timelines, risks, and stakeholder relationships.
• Support customers in going live with hx Renew quickly and effectively.
• Create real-time views of project progress including milestones and risks.
• Define and improve core PM artefacts (plans, RAID logs, governance rhythms, handovers).
• Apply AI and automation to improve project delivery and visibility.
• Translate customer needs into actions for Model Development, Technology, and Customer Engineering.
• Contribute to scalable delivery by refining processes and templates.
