Job summary

Hager Sales in the United Kingdom is seeking a Technical Training Specialist M/F/D to design, develop and deliver technical training programmes across the business, including customer-facing teams and manufacturing staff.

You will create and proofread high-quality technical content, ensure accuracy in marketing materials and manage product data. The role includes leading inductions, maintaining LMS courses and overseeing the Hager Academy to deliver a high-quality customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Create and proofread high-quality technical content, including feature and benefit sheets, whitepapers, articles and technical submissions.
• Ensure the technical accuracy of marketing content and contribute to the management of product data and technical information.
• Develop, review and deliver technical training programmes across the business, including for customer-facing teams and manufacturing employees.
• Lead technical inductions for new employees and develop and maintain technical training courses within the Learning Management System (LMS).
• Take ownership of the Hager Academy and ensure training facilities and equipment are regularly updated to deliver a high-quality customer experience.
• Support the business in strengthening its technical capability by ensuring training materials, documentation and technical content are accurate, impactful and aligned with strategic goals.
