As a Technical Trainer, you’ll be at the heart of our busy home delivery and in-home repairs operation which covers the whole of the UK and has four technical training academies based at sites in Bristol, Bolton, Newark and Tilbury and you'll deliver enthusiastic hands-on training to new and existing teams. You’ll welcome our new starters and train our existing colleagues - giving them the knowledge, skills, and behaviours they need to deliver, install and/or repair large domestic appliances in our customers’ homes and help our customers enjoy amazing technology. You’ll be flexible in your approach and work with other field trainers to deliver learning solutions such as Driver CPC, manual handling, first aid and fire Marshall.
This is a field-based role, and you’ll be based at our Training Academies across the country and be expected to travel across our network to support training delivery and development projects as and when required.
