A leading company in Stoke-on-Trent is seeking a Technical Trainer to support internal and customer training needs. The role involves conducting training needs analysis, designing training materials, and delivering training sessions both on-site and at customer locations. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and relevant certifications, with a commitment to ongoing professional development.
This position plays a key role in supporting the Company’s internal and customer-related training requirements. Responsibilities include capturing training needs, preparing training materials, delivering training sessions, and producing supporting documentation such as User Guides. The role requires a thorough understanding of our Managed Services technologies and the ability to tailor training to the technical and experiential level of trainees. This position is based at the Company’s premises in Stoke-on-Trent and involves delivering training at various geographically dispersed customer sites.
The Technical Trainer will collaborate closely with the SecureCloud+ Transition Delivery and Service Operations Teams, partners, and vendors to develop the necessary knowledge for each training course. Travel to customer locations for training delivery and refresher sessions will be required, accounting for approximately 25% of work time, with occasional overnight stays.
