Job summary

Sync Energy, part of the Luceco Group, is seeking a Technical Product Manager - Renewables to lead our growing portfolio of renewable energy solutions. This role bridges market needs and engineering, shaping product strategy across battery storage, solar, HEMS, and EV charging.

You will collaborate with electrical, mechanical and firmware teams, drive product specs, and support launches with training and installation teams, in a hybrid working environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in renewable energy technologies such as battery storage, solar, or EV charging.
• Proven ability to translate customer/market needs into technical product requirements.
• Experience managing technical products or development projects.
• Ability to work with engineering, commercial and customer-facing teams.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Managing and developing our renewable energy product portfolio.
• Defining product specifications and technical requirements.
