Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking a Technical Support Advisor to join our ADT team in a full-time, office-based role on a day shift (M40) with weekend work. You will provide technical support to field engineers and customers, diagnose alarm faults, and use a range of monitoring and programming software while ensuring exceptional service.

You will handle high-security client requirements with discretion, contribute to accurate records, and support remote connectivity to alarm systems as needed.

How Will You Do It

This is a full-time, office-based position (M40) on a day shift (with variable start and finish times), including weekend work. Handling admin tasks and maintaining accurate records.
