Lancashire County Council is seeking a Technical Support Officer (Service Support) to join the Facilities Management team on a permanent, full-time basis. You will support the Service Support Manager, monitor financial performance for FM trading, and coordinate plans and dashboards.
The role requires high-level administration, stakeholder engagement and robust regulatory knowledge. Salary £32,061-£36,363 per annum, 37 hours per week.

We have a great opportunity to join our Facilities Management team in the role of Technical Support Office and seek a highly self-motivated and experienced individual to take up this position. The role supports the Service Support Manager and the wider Senior Management team of the FM Service. Key responsibilities include assisting with monitoring of financial performance for Hard and Soft FM trading, coordination of business plans, risk and opportunity registers, ISO support, emergency preparedness, workforce performance and quality dashboards, staff survey action plans and ensuring up to date knowledge of relevant policy, technical, regulatory matters relevant to the service.
