To contribute to the provision of a high-quality back office through participation in all aspects of technical support provision for the SHEQ Team and coordinate and direct the operational management of the incident module of the Entropy software system across the wider Group and, in accordance with Council policies and priorities and within national and professional standards and guidelines.
This involves a range of tasks from technical systems management, systems training, technical document control, report formulation and archiving to general administration, minute taking and filing. This is a free-flowing role where priorities will change on an ad hoc basis.
